I have asked this company to stop contacting my neighbors and familyThey did not This company saw my pending foreclosure auction in the newspaper and proceeded to call my neighbors and close family members trying to get my phone number and details about my houseI called them and ask that they stop calling and harassing everyoneTold them I worked it out and my house is not for saleYesterday, the same neighbors and family members received a letter in the mailMy personal business does not need to be shared with neighbors and family, this has caused undue stress and embarrassmentI called the phone number provided and asked once again that my house is not for sale and they need to stop the harassment

Thanks to MPAT I was able to save my homeI went through a long divorce that almost backed me into foreclosureTwo days before the auction was set MPAT stop the auction and started their procedure and in return I have been awarded the houseIt took literally over a year to complete but that was not MPAT's fault, my mortgage co through the year divorce changed hands timesEach time the modification had to begin over, they stood by my side and got me through it even when I doubted them

They have help me and my family ALOT!!! They are good people to work with and nice people
