I ordered this merchandise on 1/25/20. After not hearing from them by 1/28/20 I began contacting them via phone, email. etc...almost daily and I heard nothing until 2/3/20 stating my order was on the way and oh by the way they they were closed for Chinese New Year. No answer on the phone just a general mailbox that stated nothing about them being closed and their phone tree did not work. Also no email reply at all to any of my requests until 2/3/20 stating my order shipped. Again it is now 2/13/20 I have received no updates after contacting them via phone and email daily as to a tracking number since the order supposedly shipped. I received one text message stating the order has shipped and no response from that number which is XXX-XXX-XXXX. No update since then. I still have no idea where my order from 1/25/20 is (order #1417) and have yet to speak with any human being at the company.

Contact by the Business I am hoping you all can get in contact with them and let them know what I have been through. I want my merchandise and I want it now. They should also know that I will NEVER order from them again nor will I recommend anyone buy anything from them. I am beginning to wonder if they even exist. This has consumed much of my time and I cannot understand how or why this company would conduct business in this manner.
