Maskcara Industries

I placed an order with Maskcara Beauty on January 21, 2020 for $160.23. This is a Network Marketing company for makeup products. I have not received my order and my order only shows "printed" as the status and not shipped. This company has NO phone number for customer service. I have messaged the company through their website with no response. I have also messaged on their Facebook page and I am just referred to the website for the message system. I have contacted the "Artist" whom I ordered through and she also advised me the company has no phone number to contact regarding order issues, and email was the only way to make contact with the company. She has also messaged the company about the order issue and was only told the order should be shipped eventually. I am out $160.23 with no product or contact from the company regarding my order status. I have no way to call anyone to see if I can get my money back.
