I Been In My Apartment Unit For 8 Months And It's Been All Bad First Problem Was The Roaches Basically I Had To Get Rid Of Them Myself Money Out My Pocket This Complex I'm In Is Bellflower The Roaches So Bad They All In The Wash Room Than They Have My Rent Amount Wrong Every Month When I Pay Online The Manager Says It On The 3rd Party End But The Online Company Says Their Getting Info From Mashcole Property I Believe That They Have Us Paying For Water And Trash No Biggie Because It Was In My Contract But The Trash Only Comes Out 1 Day A Week Now When It Use Too Come 3 Days Aweek This Is A 32 Unit Complex Like Really That Was Dumb For Them To Change It I Enclose A Pic Of The Trash Bin And My Car Where They Tried To Break In All The Trash On The Ground It Looks Horrible It Has A Foul Odor I'm Not Surprised I Haven't Seen Rats But Did See A Possum In The Past I Swear The Health Department Inspection Need To Come Out To See How We Living Filth,Nastyness They Write Gang Stuff All On Our Building And To Top It Off The Gate Stays Broken Most Of The Time Someone Just Tried Too Break In My Car This Makes The 3rd Vehicle That's Been Vandalism Smdh Because Of The Broken Gate 2 Months Ago When The Gate Was Broke Someone Burn Our Trash Bin I Spotted And Called The Fire Department We Have Cameras But The Manager Will Not Look Into It She's Very Unprofessional Doesn't Get Back To Her Tenants Like Forreal Call Corporate Office They Just As WorseThey Don't Pick Up Or Return Calls Back It's Really Sad As Tenants You Have To Go Through This Really This Can Get Mentally Distress On A Person That's Why I Have Pics And Videos Of Everything If I Ever Have Too Do A Lawsuit This Company Is A Joke They All About Money Doesn't Care About The Tenants Hopefully When My Contract Is Up I'm Gone From Trash DIRTY Property...They Don't Even Deserve A Star

Mashcole property Management company has turned our former drab apartment (condo) building at [redacted] Street, Long Beach, CA into a beautiful boutique beauty.

The company had the building artistically painted so it would fit into the local scene fabously.

MPM beautifully repaired my apartment which was not fixed since year 2000. I am very pleased with MPM's repairs and the haste used to perform them.

MPM is refitting each apartment which comes available into a remarkably leading edge luxury living space.

Each apartment is actually a full size condo converted to an apartment.

Apartment seekers will be lucky to get such an apartment (condo) for the price.
