Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Wilmington Pike

I purchased a vehicle, 2017 *** from Maserati of Wilmington on Oct 17, 2019, sales manager Jamie D [] handled the sales transaction. The vehicle was purchased with an extended warranty of 5 years/100000 miles. and the warranty cost of $4690 was included in the sales transaction. The purchase was financed by a loan from ***.
On October 21, the extended warranty was cancelled in writing. The dealership informed me that the extended warranty cost will be refunded to the lienholder [***] in 3-4 weeks.
I verified that the extended warranty has been cancelled and ***, who underwrote the extended warranty, informed me that I should receive a full refund no later than 4-6 weeks since the cancellation was properly done within 30 days of purchase.
The dealership has failed to refund the cost of cancelled warranty. They have not sent any money to *** or to myself, and they owe me $4690. Whewn I try to contact them, they do not respond to my emails or my phone calls. It appears that only recourse is to file a law suit.
