Contractor has been asked over 10 times by phone, text, and mail to fill out a rebate form for a [redacted] ductless mini split system to the specifications of the rebate form over a time period of 4 months. This rebate was a part of the "selling" of the heating/cooling system in that total cost would be $500.00 less than paid when all was said and done.
