MASA Assist

a recipient called me complaining about this company. I denied service because its a totally stupid company.

My husband and I are in our late 70's. We were truly interested in hearing about the membership so signed up to attend a dinner presentation (Fuquay-Varina, NC. at 4 PM 9/27). We were running a few minutes late so I called 855 947-1426 to ask if we should cancel, re-schedule or be late. The representative said "definitely attend, no problem being late". She was unable to answer if (1) the presentation was first or (2) the dinner was first. My husband is Diabetic so it would have been helpful to know. After driving an hour to attend, we were denied entry. This customer dissatisfaction leads us to wonder if this company is reputable if it is hiring such a marketing company.

In the process of trying to cancel membership and return of money, It has been over three weeks and still nothing...not at all sure this is a company to be trusted. Have called many times and sent emails and haven't made any progress yet. Can't imagine how long it would take them to pay on a claim...if ever.
