The sale was conducted Friday September 23, 2016. they purchased a 2015 Mazda with 15761 miles on it, This car still has factory warranty on it. We are a Ford Dealer that sell pre-owned cars and trucks with other brands as well. The sales-manager Andrew asked...

if the customer could have it towed to the nearest Mazda store, as there is free towing within Mazda's factory warranty, We offered to come and get them and offer them a loaner car while their car was being looked at. It appears this is an unfortunate anomaly that has happened to this car, most vehicles that are very low miles newer under factory warranty don't usually have a problem where the car just stops running. We made sure to send a car to get them and were completely honest with them and helpful. We have not been dishonest in ANY way. This customer did not call the General Sales Manager of the store Gary D[redacted], or the General Manager  Susan G[redacted] of the store to sit down and discuss their options for this purchase to give back the car,  Instead they used social media and the Revdex.com to handle the complaint. The General Sales Manager has reached out to the customer when he found there was an issue with the car. If this does not satisfy the customer please have them call me.
