I've used Diamond twice over the last 2 years for roof fixes. Recently, they replaced my chimney flashing that was leaking. They did a great job at a great price. They are friendly, professional and know what they are doing. Diamond will be who I select for my next roof.
This is the 2nd time I have taken my volkswagen to Paul. The first time it was a great experience this time not so much. This time they replaced my fuse box and then mysteriously my car was running worse then before it died. So here I get handed a sheet of repairs that are needed totaling almost $1700 after just paying $500. So it's pouring outside and my husband tries driving it home and can barely get over 20mph mind you it's flooding to the point it was scary to drive through. My husband returns the car we demand diagnostics get run again and this time it says short to ground on every error. Come to find out they didn't install some fuses/relays in the proper place. Now the car is running like it should with only 1 code! Not ever a sorry just a dumb look on his face after all was said and done and to make matters worse he blamed one of his employees....take blame you own the shop! This left a bad taste in my mouth and boy I'm so glad I wasn't taken for a fool or I would of wasted $1700 on parts and labor that was never needed. Thank god I am selling the car and won't need to ever bring my business back here.
[redacted] is great. He is extremely knowledgeable about VW autos. He is fair with his prices. He does not try to complete repairs that are not needed. He is always on time with his work. Very Very Pleased!!!
