Since last year Decembe 2018r the secretary staff in front have cancelled my appointments last minute and failed to reschedule on my convinience and have not got me a dental appointment for the whole year of 2019. They scheduled sometime in June when I was out of town. They sent last minute text about appointment reminders. I have called them and tried to reason and get a new appointment but they always force me to pay a missed appointment fee of $50. I have told them that it is their mistake. I also requested to speak with the manager and Dr. *** but without any luck. Now since October they are sending us bill in the amount of $50 for no reason and I also called them regarding the same but they threaten me that they would not schedule an appointment unless I pay.
I do not need to pay this fee as I have not missed an appointment which was scheduled and not cancelled by them. All of 2019 due to personal sitting on front desk and their policies would not schedule me for an annual checkup.
Billing Adjustment I would like them to stop sending bills and get this matter over. I also would like to get an annual dental checkup on an expedited basis.
Patient was in office for routine exam 07/20/2018 Patient scheduled next appt. for 12/05/2018 before leaving office. 12/05/2018 patient failed appointment we called rescheduled patient 12/12/2018.
12/12/2018 patient called said he was sick with the flu rescheduled 12/19/2018. 12/19/2018 patient called cancelled appointment. July 1, 2019 patient called scheduled 07/02/2019 . Patient failed appt. 07/02/2019 we called to find out if he was coming and to tell him since this was 4 missed appointments there would be a 50.00 charge. Patient did NOT reschedule. At time of patients first appointment he was given and he signed office policy paperwork in regards to missing appointments. We do NOT text from the office it is done by a third party at 2 weeks ,1 week and 1 day prior to appointment. We will write off the 50.00 charge at this time, but we will not be comfortable treating patient in the future. We will see the patient for the next 30 days for any emergency only. Proper dismissal letter will be sent to patient.

The appointment were cancelled by the secretary because their doctor could not make it in December. So they used their power multiple times to schedule and cancel. The only apt I had to cancel was in July 2019. They intentionally did this because they can do it. Very unprofessional and now they don't feel comfortable treating. The secretary are rude and unprofessional.
