Countertop was installed on Oct 11th, 2019. I comlained about unfinished edges on the day of install and on the 12th Oct 2019. Some kind of solution was rubbed on the edges but the shine didnt match the countertop polish. I tried to reach out several times to get the issue resolved but the vendor didnt pay much attention to my request.
Jackie from the vendor shoed up on Dec 18th and agreed that there is a problem with the countertop. She agreed that there are niks/dents and the edges are not properly finished and Mert from the vendor site and agreed about the edges workman ship. I had made a stop payment with the bank.
I have provided 3 2nd opinion letters from different vendors explaining that they will try to fix the edges and will try to fix the top nicks/dents but they still will not warranty the work since its a poor quality product and work.
The vendor *** has declined to do any type of work to fix the issue and threatened that they will take me to the court.

This project started on 10/11/2019 and complete 12/18/2019. The client took several months to pick the color and to get ready to purchase. He selects Black Galaxy granite which was his favorite color and also fit his budget.
Months later he calls and says he was not happy with granite and that he wants a white kitchen, he called his credit card company and cancel the purchase ( which was made in 2 payment, one payment when he order and final payment when the project was completed. your company had to respond to the complaint made by mister *** and fortunately, the credit card company agree that we proceeded as client request, therefore we got the money back.
The client came to our showroom and ask for a white quartz kitchen since he is unhappy with the black kitchen. we explain to him that he will need to buy a new countertop and we can give him a discount but not a new kitchen for free. Them he start saying the Granite has defected which is not the case, and if he damages his granite after the install we are not responsible since we give him a perfect condition stone, and we took pictures after the job is complete and the pay hours afters by phone.
Our company has a good track record our job is to provide the client with the best customer service possible. The client has months to be sure that the color will fit their house, we never push the client to go with a color. We cannot change his kitchen to a white quartz kitchen since it is more expensive , we can work with him on price but not changing the kitchen because he does not like black anymore. the situation is sad but our company procced as its resquet.
