Marvelizing Cleaners

Hello ***: with respect to the recent complaint: I wish to inform you that I have been in business since 1970, and in all the past years I have never heard such a ridiculous complaintIf you check your records you will find thatwe have never had a reported complaintIn this case, the client visited our business and requested that we check the condition of a very old purseThe item was never accepted for repairsIt was only offered to us for inspection.The purse was inspected, and our alterations and shoe repair specialist inspected the purse and declared thatthe repairs were not possibleIt took minutesAfter which the person began ranting that we had ruined her purse.There was three employees present, and they all declared that our specialist had done nothing wrongI talked to heron the phone and decided that she has a problemThere is no point in discussing any thing with her.She also said she was a long time frequent customer and that we had previously fixed a purse for her in the past.Not trueShe visited us only once before for dry cleaning only.(1916) one pant and one dress.Please let me know if you need any thing else.Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The owner of Marvelizing Cleaners is basically LYING, because of I had taken before a couple years ago (2) coats, one which was Guess and the other was a Rabbit fur coatNEVER have I taken a "dress" for altercation and/or a pant"They need to check their records againFor the record I DID take in another FENDI handbag (crossbody) to get the zipper fixedAnd they did fix it, it was around $This was around last yearAs a matter of fact, I don't think they know what a FENDI is & what its worthThey should stick to what they KNOW, which is (DRY-CLEANING) ONLY All I wanted was a sincere apology and my purse fixed or paid for the damages occurredI have NO intention of ever going back there, all Marvalizing Cleaners do is ruin your beloved belonging that have or had sentimental valueTo be honest I don't think they know what [MY] merchandise was even worthI will advice friends and family members NEVER to go to MARVALIZING CLEANERS AGAINNothing but Rude, Un-documented, uneducated, INCOMPETENT, classless personnel working thereyears of UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICESIn conclusion, I will go AND inform everyone to go to " [redacted] " on [redacted] ***Thank youHave a great day! It was only offered to us for inspection.The purse was inspected, and our alterations and shoe repair specialist inspected the purse and declared thatthe repairs were not possible. It took 5 minutes. After which the person began ranting that we had ruined her purse.There  was three employees present, and they all declared that  our specialist had done nothing wrong.
