GARBAGE
This company advertises a 100% RISK FREE GAURENTEE . I authorized to charge to my credit card for $283 and change. There was a small delay in my order at first as a certain measurement for the prescription was not provided. After that it took several weeks more for my order to be filled. On receiving the order fresh out of the box the glasses were made of a cheap plastic and had a deformity in them that wasn’t easy to see but did not allow the glasses to sit on my face properly crooked on one side. Also the lenses being prescription sunglasses the shape of these lenses created a fisheye effect that wasn't able to see properly. Note, I have been wearing glasses for 52 years and consider myself well-versed on the proper design of glasses. I requested a refund and was ignored by this company's customer service. I insisted upon speaking with the manager and was denied as they claim no one was available. Since then the glasses have been sent back and have yet to receive a full refund, READ THE ENTIRE REURN POLICY, FIND WHERE IT SAYS 50% REFUND. Do yourself a favor, Google “ MARVEL OPTICS REVIEWS” all reviews across the internet are negative! The BBB has a “F” rating for this company. I will post this review on every review board I can find until these speedballs are out of business. THE PRODUCT IS GARBAGE!

Does not deliver
Order is over a month late. Tried multiple ways to contact them, no response. They don't answer their phone -- it only takes their message and they never call back. Website chat doesn't work. I sent email saying to cancel the order and within two hours got an automated message that the order had shipped. But the tracking shows after three days the order still has NOT shipped -- they just printed a label to stall for time.
Do not do business with this company.

Terrible
My son ordered, and paid for his own prescription goggles, that he worked hard for (he’s 17) and spent $236. He has not received the goggles, had paid for express shipping, and has not received any replies after reaching out to the company. I feel for him, I know it’s a learning experience to order from terrible companies online- but to be age 17 and lose $236 is a hard loss. It’s a loss for anyone, but at this age it’s a lot of money gone.

Delivery Delays
The time it takes to deliver your glasses is horrible. Customer service was no help with the issues, I was told that "I need to have patience and wait a little longer". Went through a competitor, after my initial order with Marvel, and received my glasses 2 weeks ago, still waiting on Marvel. Use someone else.

I ordered glasses from Marvel Optics on July 15, 2021. It took a month to receive totally unacceptable product -- prescription not correct (blurred vision at distance) and photochromatic coating non-existent. Started their "Returns Process" and learned their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" non-existent - only a partial refund. After returning glasses, they claimed they never received although I have a receipt from USPS indicating date/time of delivery and package put in hands of individual. I have exchanged multiple emails, and they claim there is "nothing they can do". I lost $297.
Total Scam.
I should have read these reviews before ordering.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MARVEL OPTICS.

Horrible experience
Their website states 100% customer satisfaction, what a joke! Zero communication, numerous unanswered emails and a lot of hassle getting my money back. When I did manage to get an answer it was excuse after excuse. Go elsewhere if you want satisfaction, this was a horrible experience. Every site I now visit has them at one star, that says it all..

I spent over $200 and the the frames were same quality as I can get at a gas station.

I see other similar complaints here and on Better Business Bureau. Too bad I didn't read these first.

Never received my glasses
I ordered safety glasses which are mandatory while working at the hospital with the covid pandemic. Was told they would ship in 2-3 weeks. I have texted, chatted, and emailed the company with no response since November. I have tried to get my money back after spending almost $300 and I paid for expedited shipping, which was a scam. And I can't get a pair from any other company until I receive my money back. I really need them to respond and refund my money but no one will answer any of the "Contact Us" options. Do not use this company. I wasted my money and received nothing. In a real bind.

Got my glasses a few weeks ago, can not [redacted] out of them, sent them back told them what was wrong and what my Dr said need to be done, got them back yesterday, same thing same lens and nothing was done, charged me $more dollars to change as I requested, still can not [redacted] ***, told me last night that they will not refund my money due to they made them per the prescription, and if this is per the prescription them my Dr is a total [redacted] ***

As per October 15, 2014, we have resolved with Mr [redacted] the issues with his misdelivered orderThere was no incorrect labeling on our part but there was a misunderstanding with the local USPS store that handled his packageApparently, there was a request that all packages under the last name " [redacted] " was to be forwarded to a new addressThe request was made by Mr [redacted] 's son who was relocatingUnknown to the post office that Mr [redacted] still resides in the same area/ zipcode they automatically forwarded the package to his son's new address and was declared "delivered"After investigating the issue and reporting back to Mr[redacted] , he understood what happened and was happy to find a solution between usWe offered to remake the order for him at no cost and we would send out to him as soon as we canAs of the moment, we are still waiting for the order to be finished and we will send it outWe understand that Mr [redacted] was frustrated when he first came to us stating that he never received the package although it was declared "delivered" but we were also investigating on our side and it took time for us to know what really happenedWe thank Mr [redacted] for his understanding and we are happy to help him with his issue

We apologize for the delay for both the refund for the shipping fee and the replacement eyeglasses for the customer As of Feb17, we have successfully refunded her the shipping costs she incurred in sending us back the eyeglasses due to our error for the total of $As of the moment, the replacement pair has not been sent out yet but we will notify the customer as soon as it isWe had delays and backlogs with our supplies but we are trying our best to fill the customer's order

I ordered my safety glasses 2 weeks ago to the day. It has still not come in.
A very standard option, and I payed extra for 3-day shipping.

I keep calling their phone number and there is no answer.

I will never do business with this company again.

I ordered my prescription glasses about 4 weeks ago, still have not received them. I called about 6 times, left messages, no return calls. I finally got through, they promised I would receive them within the week, still no glasses. Called back, had to leave another message, nobody available. Im done with them, Im going to dispute my credit card charges.

I ordered mine 09/03/2020, emailed them a couple times, they told me they would be ready in three weeks...nothing now, they won’t even respond to my emails anymore. Time for legal action! This is their number I got from my bank statement. 800-832-5076 TX...sounds like a modem

Sunglasses had unexpected features that weren't in the description on their website They had hinges on the nose bridge and on the arms which was not what I wanted The hinges on the bridge were loose and couldn't be tightened I requested a refund and a waiver to not pay the 25% restocking fee since their website was not detailed enough in the description, but they said I would have to pay the restocking feeRidiculous! I sent the glasses back for a refund through the post office and the company received them on 12/16/ According to their website, I should have had my refund by 12/27/(business days after receipt of the return) I have not received the refund I called them today to ask about my refund and was told that nothing has been done with it yet because the "Refund Team" is on extended vacation! Really? I was told to call them back on 1/4/to start the refund process "on the spot"I will believe it when I see it if anything is resolved next week when I call them back....I don't have a good feeling I would not recommend doing business with this company There are other glasses companies that don't charge a restocking fee, have free shipping and returns and a better process all around
