Regarding the above mentioned complaint, I have since received an email from the company advising that a replacement product has been sent. 
 
However, until I receive this item and along with an apology for being accused of harassment, I do NOT consider this matter...

resolved. 
 
The company in question blocked me on Twitter and accused me of harassment on a public forum for all to see. I expect my apology to be just as public as this is a defamation of character and I do not accept it.
