Kinda long story,I'll try 2 shorten it best I can.
I've been in contact with several lawyers concerning this problem ..they all seem to agree that something needs to be done but they don't take cases like mine. The two lawyers that do .one is far away and the other is asking for $1500 that I honestly don't have. I've just about given up but thought I would reach out to you in hopes to get help.
(2 vehicles )I purchased a used vehicle from a small town dealer and he told me that all the car needed was a wheel alignment and it would be fixed(on Sat.) the following Mon. I took the car to 2 different certified alignment places and they said it had a bent frame and they couldn't or wouldn't align it because it was so messed up. I called the guy I got it from and told him and after several conversations the best I could get from him was 2 trade it in for another car. I felt that was my only option. I then without knowing traded him (plus I pd more money )for a water damaged title vehicle
that I later found out came from a insur.co. in N.Carolina. I had 2 have it towed, smells moldy rotten ,hard to find a co.that will give me ins coverage...
I've went to the clerks office on two different occasions to get it liscensed. Once they just shook there head at me and the other time they just said they could not give me any tags because of it being a salvage vehicle and since martyns started the process of getting the title he would have to be the one to finish it. I've only contacted martyn a couple of times since this last problem (mainly because of the hard time he gave me exchanging the bent frame vehicle) when I contacted him he told me that it hadn't been in water and he also extended my dealer tags. As of know I do have insurance on the vehicle but no tags . I wanted to discuss all this with someone before I did martyn
He resold the bent frame vehicle 2 someone before I got home that day. So I know I'm not the only person he's done this way.hes gonna get someone hurt or worse....he's a very bad ma
Other (requires explanation) I've got proof of what I'm telling you and my resolution would be for him to give me my money back plus rather extra money and trouble I've been out due to this situation. I've also got screen shots off of his Facebook page of him advertising vehicles that he claims has a rebuilt title due to minor things like little scratches. You can check his postings out on martyns auto Facebook ,his older post and comments are the ones to really dig into . I hope you can make since out of all this
Well this is a surprise, the fist car I sold them they chose after a long test drive and seemed happy, then complained that some tire place would not align the tire as it in their words "had a bent frame" so out of kindness I offered to change it for another vehicle despite not having to by law as they signed the as is disclaimer, The "Bent Frame" just happened to be the radiator support so they were told wrong and sure we re sold the vehicle the same day and the new owner is very happy with the vehicle,, ok vehicle #2 I sold it as a flood damaged vehicle, again they went for a lenghty test drive and came back and decided it was the car they wanted, I have not had any communication from the customer since this purchase. again sold as is where is with no warrenty and signed by the customer on two legal documents, I am sorry I have gone above and beyond for them,, I did not have to exchange 3 weeks later the first car but did to help them out,,I am amazed that they contacted you without ever contacting me and they state they saw 7 attourneys, if the attourneys saw the paperwork as is where is and on the Bill of sale it shows signed by them as is where is and salvage title they certainly did know the status of their purchase, I am sorry its been almost a year since this purchase and now they chose to complain? I am sorry it is unfair to expect me to offer any assistance. Respectfully and Without Prejudice

I did NOT have to exchange the first vehicle I did this out of kindness and good business practise, I know of no other small car dealer who would even entertain that, you were given wrong information stating it had chassis damage when all it had was a bent radiator support and nothing more than that and thats not part of the chassis it just holds the radiator in place.
The *** you took for a good long drive like you did the 1st vehicle, I told you that it had fresh water flood, and you again signed the bill of sale as well as the buyers guide "As Is Where Is" you were welcome to bring over a mechanic to inspect the vehicle at time of sale, I welcomed you test driving the car as I would any vehicle I sell,, look I am saddened your having problems with the Used Vehicle that you knew was a Salvage/Rebuilt Vehicle but you accepted full responsibility for the vehicle as soon as you drove it away,, and like I stated its been almost a year and you never complained to me, NOT ONE TIME, and now you bring in a 3rd party mediatin company the Revdex.com that I refuse to have any affiliation with, I am sorry I went out of my way the first time to exchange your vehicle, and I am done here with this, I have done nothing wrong and have always corrasponded with you and or the Revdex.com, I request this complaint be closed, thank you.

Mr.-*** first car that only originally only needed a bumper... false. I purchased on Saturday and I was not going to buy it after test driving because it pulled to the side and your words was," I promise you it only needs an alignment" not once but several times. I took it in to be aligned the following Monday and I was told it couldn't be aligned I talked with you and I agreed to get second opinion and I was told the same thing, frame was bent and it could not be aligned. I contacted you again and you started getting nasty. I was not aware at the time of my legal options and I started panicking thinking I was stuck. So I felt I had to do whatever you was willing to do. I then waited until car became available and even paid more money and was never told anything about it being in flood water. Due to my windows steaming and it smelling different and someone told me that it appeared to have had water damage so I ask you and you told me plainly that it had never been in water. (You did tell me what to purchase ... the same product you said that you use - damp rid a moisture absorber from *** hardware dept.) After the trouble I had with you at that time I knew it would be impossible for you to do the right thing so thats why I didn't contact you. You always have an excuse for anything you do that's wrong. I don't doubt that you have had and may still have a few decent vehicles but not all of them. After some research I now know that It takes a bit more than a messed up bumper or small scratch for the insurance to total a vehicle. And "as is " is how you say it is and never did you say how it really was at the time I purchased. You can't make stuff up as you go along. I truly hope someone does not get hurt by buying a defective car that you've sold to them that has been in your words"professionally repaired".
