The part for the drivers seat is here and has been here since the day after the vehicle was worked onWe also made calls to the customer and told her that the parts were here She said she would be in touch to set up a time to get the seat replaced We would be glad to take a look at
the alignment but now being May there is certainly a chance that something could have happened to knock it out of alignment The cars are sold with an alignment sheet from an independent shop that does all of our alignments As for the $we offered to write a check but were told it was no big deal We would certainly be glad to write that check when she set's up an appointment to leave the vehicle for the seat.
