I called my home warranty company and had an appointment the next day with Martin's Heating/AC. Mr. C. was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my heat pump. He had the electrical board part that needed to be replaced on his truck so I was up and running in no time. I asked him if he could install a WIFI thermostat that I had purchased for an additional fee. He was willing to show me how to do it and he even recommended another brand that was self explanatory in case I wanted to replace my other thermostats. His fee was appropriate. I found him to be very pleasant and professional.
There's no good time to lose your AC especially when it's upwards of 90 degree's. I contacted my home warranty company and I was given the phone number for Martin's Heating & Air. Mr. C not only fixed my AC, he gave me an honest assessment of my 19 year old unit. A year later, I was in need of his service again as my unit once again let me down during the dog days of summer. Long story short, my warranty company approved replacement of my ancient unit and Mr. C did the installation in a timely manner. Quality work, courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
I’d give them no stars if that was possible because that’s what they did for me. They were sent out by the warranty company to repair hvac unit that had not been repaired correctly by previous company. Instead of helping us with this issue and making a diagnosis they left and told the warranty company they didn’t want to deal with it. Not the kind of company I would call to help with any of my problems
When the air goes out and it's nearly a hundred degrees outside, you don't think you're going to get fast, efficient service, especially when you have to go through your homeowner's insurance. Fortunately, I was put in touch with Marty, owner of Martin's Heating and Air Conditioning. Not only did he fit me in within hours of my call, he was professional and patient as he worked through a problem that didn't have an obvious solution. He even took the time to explain the rest of my heating/cooling system to me. I give him five stars and would definitely recommend him!
Horrible service called with my home Warrenty and they never called me back called for the next day trying to set up appointment. When I spoke to the guy he stated that it would be next time I asked around what time since I would have to leave work to meet them at my house and he stated just find another company and hung up on me. I would not recommend this company
Didn’t return calls. Called him from a different number and he answered, but then began yelling at me for “calling too much” and said “be patient! I’ll get to you when I get to you.” Set up a time to inspect hvac. Never showed up after waiting from 12-5. Called him asking where he was, he forgot. Came out the next day, looked at the air conditioner and asked where the air handler was. It was in the crawl space and he didn’t look at it. Said home warranty wouldn’t fix it. Ask him to submit it which he never did. Called and asked why he did submit anything and he began yelling at me again for “calling too much” and “being difficult.” Worst experience dealing with any contractor/repair man.
Martin has been assigned to us from our Warranty company on two separate occasions. Both times have been the WORST experience we have ever had. Our HVAC's capacitor needed to be replaced and he wanted to charge us $*** on top of our $*** deductible to clean out our HVAC coils! We said no and had our warranty company assign a different company to come out and they fixed the issue in 5 minutes by replacing a $*** capacitor and that was it. It was an electrical issue that had nothing to do with our coils.
Martin did the same thing during the winter when our heat stopped working! Our warranty company had unfortunately assigned us to him again. He wanted to charge us $*** on top of our deductible to fix our heating. We said no and it took another company again only 5 minutes to fix at no additional cost. The issue was that 1 wire was plugged in the wrong spot. Martin even told us he knew what was wrong but that he would only tell us what the issue was if we paid him the additional fee. We had already paid him the $*** deductible and he still wouldn't tell us what was wrong. This company is a complete rip off and will try to tack on additional fees with Zero customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Horrible service. They could not find out the issue had and I ended up having the same issue a month later. I call back and the owner was very rude and disrespectful. I would NEVER g back to them again.
I was introduced to Martin's Heating and Air through my home warranty company after having a bad experience with the first HVAC specialist they sent me. Martin was professional, on time, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on step by step. I would highly recommend his business to anyone.
Martin?s Heating & Air Conditioning is a premium company. Those guys there were accommodating with my work schedule and very quick and professional. I highly recommend them to everyone.
