I dropped my husband's new suit at the cleaners to be cleaned When I went to pick up the suit, I found that the store was closed that day due to an emergency, The next morning, my husband went to pick up the suit and found it badly ruined I called the next day and spoke with the owner and he said that they hired a new employee and they had accidently thrown the suit in the wash instead of being dry cleaned He told me to come in and if it could not be fixed he would submit a claim to the insurance company I went it and he tried to fix it and it was completely ruined I asked him to submit a claim and he denied say that he would and also stated that his new employee did not throw it in the wash He was angry and very unprofessional He also told me that I could take him to court but I would not win I felt threatened and left the store with my badly damaged suit
