I got with [redacted] , as we were dealing with his grandson all alongHis grandson told us what his Grandfather would probably replace the motor itGrandfather had no clue what his grandson was doing with itI have only charged him $for all the work we had doneI have agreed to complete the exhaust and put back together and return the vehicle to the Grandfather in better condition that it was brought into usThere was a big miscommunication and we thought it was the Grandson's truck, but it was really the Grandfather's truck

[redacted] stated his Grandson was the only one that he had correspondence with [redacted] also stated: I told this gentleman I would pick the truck up in week to week and a half as I was going to be out of townAs soon as I got back, I picked it up and brought it back to my garage, it is all completeExhaust is all back together, new clamps, new exhaust pipe, and I did it all at my costIt is sitting in my shop driveway all complete and ready to be picked upI was going to deliver it after work myself to the consumerHis grandson had admitted to me that he blew the radiator hose and ran the engine without filling it for a short period of timeHe admitted he didn't tell his Grandfather because he would be upsetI am taking this back to him just the way we got it

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
My truck was returned to me with the exhaust back onThis service station had my truck for months and still was unable to repair itThe truck has the same problem it had months ago but they did put the exhaust, (which I had paid $for) back on after they cut it upThey replaced alternator and crank sensor but wasn't the problemI'm not happy with the results but I have my truck backNot a good repair station
