To whom it may concern,

As stated on each copy of our invoices, we provide a limited warranty on every service and/or repair performed.

90 days or 4,000 miles which ever accures first.

Mr. [redacted] does not fall under this limited warranty for two reasons.

1st this is a secondary oil leak concern which developed well after the warranty period ended.

He was at 6 months and 3,045 miles.

2nd. The failed component is not related to the original repair.

Mr. [redacted] talked with our Service Manager [redacted] and was given the same explanation as listed above,

as well he was offered a discounted rate to assist him.
