In response to complaint [redacted] :I feel this complaint is unwarranted and came about due to an extended game of "phone tag." I never said or implied that I would not go back and fix Ms [redacted] leak and actually went out of my way and went to her home because I had deleted her number by accidentShe was not home so I left a note for her to call meAs it stood I was waiting for her to get back to meI have no problem remedying her problem at no additional cost to her.Sincerely, [redacted]
