Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2015/11/05) */
First, I want to say that I never received the first notice from your office.
I refunded this tenant $$366.95 of her $600.00 deposit.
I held out $58.05 for the rent for Oct 1-3.
$50.00 for damage done to door trim and door by a dog that...
was living in the duplex without my prior consent. $25.00 for Pink stain of some kind on the garage floor and wall. $100.00 for a total repaint of the duplex due to excessive grime on the walls. I have pictures of all of these damages if you want them.
I have been in the rental business for 20 years and have never been turned in to the Revdex.com or any other entity of this nature. I can give you a list of previous tenants where I have returned their full deposit, but if there are damages that were caused by the tenant, I will charge them. Isn't that the whole reason for the deposit? Please let me know if I can answer any of your other questions or provide the pictures I have.

I am more than happy to provide the photos of the condition upon vacation of the premises on 10/3/15 at 4pm. The document is too large to upload. Is there an email or address to mail these documents for your review?
