They do not honor their advertised prices. They use them to get you in and then change them.
I had a check engine light come on my 2011 Chevy Malibu, I took it to Martin Chevy where I bought the car, I always go to them for oil changes etc. since I've purchased the car. On Nov. 1st I took my car right in to see what was going on. The Service writer "Ralph ***" put it on the monitor and said that I had some major issue's with my car that has only 68,000 miles on it. I was in urgent need for an transmission,it was slipping badly slipping, and also needed a new cadalittica Converter at a tune of $6,334. I was in shock, then when I said no way, the he offered to fix it for $4,544.95. Really are we playing wheel of fortune here? Lets see what number we can throw at her that she well take? I took it to a different menchanic and all that was wrong was BAD GAS. He did an engine flush, changed my oil had me drive out the gas and put a better brand of gas. Their is nothing wrong with my Transmission or converter. I paid $128.00.
I feel because I am a woman that MARTIN CHEVROLET was thinking I AM DUMB. This is fraud and VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! I deal in GOOD FAITH TOO BAD THEY DON'T

Tried to buy a car that they offered for sale asking price was $13,995 I made an offer of $12,500 and asked the sales person to ask her management team if they would accept that offer before I made the drive out 1 hour away. I work second shift so I am not able to go in person to spend h ours there negotiating, sales person kept messaging me saying that " I don't anticipate them taking off thousands, just come on and we will talk to you about price" all I needed was a yes or no answer before making the drive out and taking a day off of work and she wouldn't even do that. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

We are sorry for your frustration. As you have text to our sales consultant "you have freinds and family that work in the business" I'm sure you understand we have one chance to put our best foot forward when pricing vehicles on the internet. However, we would never loose anyone's business over a few dollars. We have the vehicle sale priced at $13,977 on the internet. You offered $12,500. After our sales consultant spoke to one of the manager's you were given a sale price of $13,300. We discounted the vehicle almost $700. We wish you were closer to our dealership so you could at least take a closer look.
