Martignetti Pallets

Review: Return pallets due to inferior quality not reimbursed for the return value. Collection calls and letter sent to the vendor but has not responded. He promised to replace with the requested quality and size but has not come back to replace pallets he took. He has not fulfilled the promises he has made in replacing the pallets he took.Desired Settlement: 470 pallets returned @ 5/pc = $2,350.00 Given him a chance to pay $1,700.00 to deduct what he estimated as his delivery and pick-up charges. and the pallet jack that he said he left with us of which he was charging the company, [redacted] the amount of $275.00 for the jack. In total he wants to deduct 2075.00 for the return of the pallets as he claims that these were his cost. He only wants to pay 300.00 out of the 2,350.00. We counter offer 1,700.00. This was since Oct 2014.
