This job was done originally on April 7, We replaced her carpet and did a very detailed design around the perimeter of her room Everyone was happy with the outcome and we were paid in full She called several weeks ago and after seeing the pictures she sent, it was clear
that this was not a carpet issue but a wood trim issue We did not do any wood in her home The transition piece is coming up and the nails are bothering her feet when she steps over them We would have been happy to come out and fix the carpet but again we did not do any wood in her home and this is not our responsibility She needs the wood people to come out Respectfully,Mary ***
