On 2/12/16 a repairman came to our residence in Vernon to look at a furnace problem. Occasionally our furnace would just die. After a $155 furnace check the repairman was uncertain as to whether he could diagnose the problem and left. He did note a problem with a condensate hose. The next morning I discovered a puddle of water beside the furnace in excess of a gallon.

Review: Martens was called in August 2013 to fix our central air conditioning unit that was not working. They came out the day of the call and fixed the problem. We were presented a bill of $173.42 for the service which we paid with our credit the card the day of the service. On Friday, November 9th we received a copy of the original bill of $173.42 with a sticker on it stating "Final Notice-Account will be sent to collections if payment not received within 10 business days". We emailed a copy of the bill and a copy of our credit card bill showing that we paid for the service on 8/20. We threatened to contact the Revdex.com if the problem was not taken care of. Martens did not respond to the email so my wife called them. The very rude woman who she spoke to told my wife that they sent us the wrong bill and we owed $194 for a service which we did not receive or know anything about. She then proceeded to hang up on my wife when she was told that we did not agree to or receive the service.Desired Settlement: Stop harassing us immediately. Learn how to run a business properly or go out of business.

Let me first mention that our office never received an email from either Mr. or Mrs. [redacted] in regards to the paid invoice nor was anything mentioned about this during our telephone conversations.
