Martens Foundation Contracting

Repaired my front step. Initially the job was not completed to my satisfaction.
The bottom step approx 1/2 ways down bows inside for approx 1 foot, then straightens to correct length.
The bottom has cracked and let go in two places approx 12 inches long and 3 inches high. There are so many cracks in the surface throughout the steps.

The foundation job they completed was excellent! The problem came when the guy broke the new shower head. He needed some water for his job so my Mom took him to the bath tub. He went to move the shower head and it broke off completely. The thing is that he didn't have to touch or move the shower head to get the water, as the shower head is way above the faucets and did not interfere with his access to get the water he needed. He told his boss that he adjusted touch the shower head however my Mom was there with him when he pulled it and it broke off. This shower cost $119.00 ***
I contacted the company boss via email and told him what happened. He said he would look into it. He got back to me saying 'the guy that completed the job was a very good worker as he'd been working for Martens Foundations for some time'. I responded 'We're saying he isn't a good worker but the damages should be paid for a new shower head to be installed'. I didn't hear from Mike again for sometime. In his next email he felt bad about what had happened and that he would drop off a cheque to my Mom to cover the cost to replace the shower head. I responded thanking him and that was back in mid July. My Mom has not received anything to date from Mike.

I feel it is really a sad day when a large company servers the public cannot cover the costs for damages they caused, ***
