Marshall's Seafood & Farming

I've ordered soft crabs from other businesses in Maryland, but today, I just received my first order from Marshall's, and it's clear why they have an A+ rating. Good prices? Check! Good customer service? Absolutely! It was a pleasure dealing with this company, and even though I place my order at the tail end of July, they also sent me the FREE two dozen crabs as per an August special. I didn't know about the special, so they certainly didn't need to do that. But they did, and I'm a very happy customer. I thought customer service was a dying breed. Not with this business! I highly recommend them.

Absolutley Great Experience!!! I made on online order for 2 dozen soft shelled crabs for around $85 w/ shipping included on Nov. 26th. I reveived a call 27th direclty from Donna *** who was very kind and let me know my transaction was cancelled because I was paying more/missed the current deal. Turns out the crabs were almost $10 less per dozen and the shipping was less that I originally paid for. She called me back to tell me my order was only actually $55. I ended up doubling my order just because they were so kind in contacting me and letting me know. Most businesses would just leave it alone and not even tell you and take the money. My order arrived earlier than I expected was packed perfectly and the product was great! I enjoyed every last bite. It also came with a sweet christmas card hand written with my name on it from Donna. I will only ever order from them from here on out for any seafood I need. I would highly recommed them product and service are impecible.
