monitoring, so that his first payment for monitoring services 7/1 - 9/30/15 was not due until July 1, 2015. [redacted] received a second invoice for monitoring services 10/1 - 12/31/15. Neither one of these invoices has been paid to date. Our billing department left several messages via email and telephone starting on July 10th to attempt to resolve this issue, with no reply from [redacted] until September 29, 2015.[redacted] contacted our office claiming that his system was not being monitored by CV Security. However, an alarm signal was noted on September 16th through our monitoring station and was cancelled by [redacted]. [redacted]'s contract ends on March 31, 2016, and we are requesting payment for the three quarters of his contract in the amount of $257.40.Please let me know if you have any other questions or would like additional information.Sincerely,Michelle V.
