We moved in to this apartment on July 1st, 2018. The air conditioning has not been working correctly since. The AC unit I'd very old. We could not stay inthe apartment the first night due to it being 95 degrees inside the apartment. They came to fix it but told us there was nothing wrong. Had to call them again. The maintenance man told us it was leaking freon and it would be replaced the next week. It has been 4 weeks since they said they were going to address this issue. When I called today (8/20/18), they gave us the same run around that they will call us. The electricity bill has been very high because this unit will not shut off. We have a small pet and the temperature can exceed 80 degrees. We have to run a separate air conditioner in addition. We are concerned about the freon and cost of the electricity. They are also not pleasant or show any care or concern for us when we speak with them. We've called multiple times.
