A refund was promised on August 18,due to a negative change in the health of my sister [redacted] She died on August No refund received This complaint is on behalf of my sister [redacted] She was a resident of Bailey Park Community Living Center in Humboldt, TN on August 17, when Marquis Mobile Dental Services fitted her for denturesI called Marquis on August 18th to in form them that my sister had taken a turn for the worse and would not need the dentures and that I intended to place a Stop Pay on Check number in the amount of $I spoke with [redacted] who apparently spoke with her supervisor about the situationIt was communicated to me that they understood and were in agreement with meMoments after we hung up [redacted] called back and said to please not Stop Payment on the check because it would interfere with their record keeping and Marquis would issue a refund [redacted] communicated that I could expect the refund in about two

My mother was charged for services that were not rendered and was promised a refund, that has not been received! Back on August 31, I was contacted by a rep with Marquis Mobile dental clinic stating that my mother had an invoice due and that if it wasn't paid that he it affect her ssi benefits that she receive from the stateI immediately paid the invoice and later realized that I did not authorize for the service to be rendered and I spoke with [redacted] in September and he stated that they do not have any records showing that my mother had treatment and I was promised a refund in the mail, they I have not receivedI've also contacted Mrs [redacted] and she stated she has no record of whats going onI would like this matter resolved immediately if possibleThank you
