We talk yesterday with the customer Yesterday afternoon [redacted] that we can forget the service fee of $[redacted] for two lady maids for * hours of deep cleaning of a [redacted] sqft house. (10 hrs of service)
We usually not finish a property if the customer is not happy with the service....

The maids finish the job and we try to talk with the customer but also yell to our cust rep.  This is the first time we have to send the maids back and get out of the property with no payment for safety and logical reasons.
The maids let us know that customer is yelling all the time and you understand that we can not expose our maids to people that not respect others.
We are very surprise with this complaint of (10 hrs of cleaning service for free). In order to finish this dispute the only thing that we can do (is not right for us) is forget the service fee, and the customer can used to call other company as we let him know Yesterday.
We hope that Revdex.com and customers understand that we do what we have to do in order to preserve the dignity and integrity of our maids.
