Marlo quality auto

Review: Damaged vehicle sent to Marlo Quality Auto on 9/22/2015 to fix repairs after a motor vehicle hit and run. Services and part paid for by my insurance company [redacted] Insurance. My Car has been sitting in his shop for over 30 days and have yet to be worked on. I have contacted Mr G[redacted] several times and asked for a update, each time he advised my car was being worked on. I visited Marlo Quality Auto 10/23/2015 to find my car sitting in a area with the same damages as when it first arrived at his shop. I contacted my insurance company being that Mr G[redacted] was paid upfront to do the job. Today 10/22/2015 Mr G[redacted] reached out to me and advised he would pull my car out and give back some of the money that was paid to him by next week.Desired Settlement: I would like my car to be repaired as promised and return to me in good condition.
