Review: I hired ValleyWide Property Management to seal or coat my 10'X 30' metal roof back in November of 2012. I paid $600.00 for this service. In May I began to discover chips of red paint all over my yard. Red was the color of the sealer used on the roof. I contacted ValleyWide and spoke to [redacted]. She stated the sealer must not have set and was now flaking. She stated she would have someone come out and evaluated and fix the issue. She claimed it would be within 3 weeks. By the end of June, I still had not heard from [redacted] or anyone else from ValleyWide. I continued to call and either was pushed to voicemail or told that someone else was now handling my issue. The last time I called, I was told "[redacted]" would now be handling my issue and that "I am surprised he has not called you back". "[redacted]" has not returned my calls and the paint is continuing to peel. The metal sealer is temp sensitive and has to be corrected before the temp is below 65 degrees, so time is running out to prevent additional damage. I am now requesting my Money back in full, so I can have the issue corrected by another Roofing specialist.Desired Settlement: Full Refund of $600.00 It is obvious the sealer was not installed correctly. I no longer trust that ValleyWide would properly or professionally correct this issue.
