Rip off purchase
I purchased several items & when I attempted to return the items I received a parcial refund (quarter of the cost) & the items returned to my house after their return address in china was unsuccessful. I was then charged a second time at full cost on my account. I have attempted to email the company regarding it all & request a refund of my money multiple times over the last 3 months providing evidence of the issues provided with no response received. Do yourself a favour & do not purchase from this company.

8mm Franco chain (Mossanite diamonds)
I've complained a lot about their customer service. I ordered this chain on July 16th. I originally ordered a 24in chain bc that is the longest size they have, but I asked them to make it 30inches, and that's why the production took a little longer. They will reach back out to you within 2 or 3 days but I did receive my order and it turned out beautifully! I also ordered a 8.5 bracelet with it but I attached it onto the necklace bc my charm is huge and it just looked weird too me! But I have no complaints at all! So we're production time I will give it about a 39dys... Especially if you're getting like diamonds added to it or something but good job, Markus Dayan

Customer service is horrible
I've been contacting customer support everyday for the past week and no reply at all! Please if you're looking for jewelry, look somewhere else bc this company will not reply to your emails no matter what the circumstances is... PERIOD! I've bought a stainless steel extra large Jesus piece on the 2nd of July and I received it in 12days and I selected the 10-16 days shipping and I paid $200 for it. Turned right around and bought a Franco chain and bracelet S925 Sterling silver with the (Mossanite diamonds on the 16th of July and picked the 4-6 days shipping and has been emailing them for the past week simply for an update and no reply whatsoever and I spent $1300 this time. Do you think they had the time will consideration to simply reply back and say anything? Nope! Don't make my mistake. Buy from someone else does this company will make you take a lawsuit out! ✅

Horrible customer service
I've ordered a Franco mossanite sterling silver chain on the July 16th. I've been constantly contact the customer service about my order and no one is replying. It's annoying and frustrating. People don't have money to lose! I sent you my money no questions asked. You gave me the price I paid and I'm just asking for update and I get no reply just being ignored. That is truly of professional and inappropriate. It clearly says The item is in stock. I ordered a pendant from you guys that says 10 to 16 days. It was only $200 but I received it in 12 days. This time I place my order and I picked 4-6 days. I've been constantly email it just for an update and no reply. I don't understand. People trust you with a hard earned money but none of that seems important to you guys when your customers have legitimate concerns. Truly frustrating. If I knew it was going to take me a whole month, I would have just went to a jewelry store in my city and have them make it and would have received it in two weeks. I don't understand that the man is high but we as customers just asking for a little decency on your part to respond to our legitimate issues. A little understanding and clarification is all we ask from you. I haven't even received my order and I'm already regretting it. I'll update my review whenever I receive my item or a response from customer service regarding the issue

Sadly, that is how they do business. If you have no questions, they are kind and courteous (and eager to take your money), but when you have issues, they send blanket statements via email, and do not follow up like the say. Read my review if you have the chance. I'm "Nino K." Despite all I have stated, all they have done is defended themselves. Do as I did and report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Still no reply. I have every email I've sent and no reply. I just emailed them 40 minutes ago. Let's see if they reply. For all those that spend money with this company. If you haven't received your idle, I suggest you take them to court... I sound like I said at this point!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service (hypocritical/inconsistent)
I ordered a pendant in the past and was charged one fee for the pendant and one fee for setup. Their customer service department called me and due to the nature of my request, they deemed that there was no setup fee as the item was not custom even though I provided a photo. I was issued a refund.

Fast forward to today, I reordered the same pendant, and was charged a $190.00 setup fee and when I contacted their customer service department, I was told that "...due to a rise in the cost of materials...", which has nothing to do with the pendant itself because the price of the pendant increased since the first order to reflect such and as a business owner, I totally understand the cost of business. A custom order fee is far different than that.

Their customer service department did not call me as their email stated, they stopped email communications and just sent me the finished product and NEVER entertained, nor issued the custom setup fee.

I am not adding a photo because the product is fine, but their customer service department needs five promotions to even be considered sub par.

I am so disappointed with this purchase (and it is not about the money, it is about the consistency of their doing business despite being paid promptly on both occasions).

I recommend that if anyone wants to order something to call them and discuss it first, then get the results in writing by email. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY IF IT IS NOT IN WRITING! They will take your money and not support anything they say. I have lived it and this is not just one person's view of a situation, or buyer's remorse as some businesses would easily put on one of their customers/patrons to rid themselves of the responsibility of taking accountability.

If you can find someone else to do the same as MARKUSDAYAN/com, Los Angeles, I highly recommend you use them instead.

If there was a way to rate my satisfaction as a negative 5 (-5), I would.

Everything you stated in your below has nothing to do with the custom setup fee that was waived on the original. I have no problems with purchasing merchandise that rises due to a cost of business and that was never the problem.

Say what you have to say, but it is what it is. You never answered my question, nor called when you stated in your email that you would. I have the proof in writing as where you are only making a situation fit your needs.

There is no further need for discussion. You have my money and that is it. Besides, I send you a photo of the first item and you still did not fulfil my order correctly and made the "D" in gold tone when I NEVER requested that. You never called to even confirm if that is what I wanted or if I was satisfied with the change that I did not request (I sent you a photo of the original pendant in all silver tone as an example).

Even so, you did not hear from me about a refund or sending the item back for what I asked for. Nowhere in my order did I ever ask for a two tone pendant (even sent a photo of the first/original pendant in all silver tone as an example".

You did not hit the mark and all you are doing is "hearing what you heard" along with defending self instead of "listening to" the entire situation. You took my money and you ran.

Below is the email string to the unresolved issue. The initial email below states, "..it will be ready in the next two weeks, as soon as it's finished we will send you photos of your piece and your tracking information email, if you have any further questions feel free to contact us at any time, thank you!"

I never got that photo. All I got was tracking after it had already been shipped, so even if there was something the may have gone wrong, it was already in the mail.

I ordered my daughters father.a photo Cuban link chain with charm personalized on 3/17 it’s now 3/30 and no information yet this is a rip off and o paid 296 dollars where is my order I don’t have money to just give away the sad part is they have no phone number or any contact method

I placed my order of a 20mm Cuban link on April 27 2020 and they said it would come on May 22 2020 and there was a delay and noting has showed up
I have tried to email them and they give the same fake information and excuses every time I complained about it I also googled there location and it showed an apartment not a business I tried there support number and that was a a fake number it keeps saying this is not a real number I spent 61.45 dollars for no reason I have no idea how the government has been letting them get away with this for the 2 years

We contacted with this customer already, we informed that some parcels may have slight delays due to the pandemic but he sent us messages in Instagram insulting us and with very bad manners (after he deleted them), I´ll leave you here the tracking info of this order, he already has this tracking info and he should receive the order in the following days, thanks for your understanding

I ordered $133 worth of merchandise from this company on the 26th of February, here it is 10 days later and they have not even sent me a tracking number, they advertised themselves like they were based on Los Angeles, I was under the impression I was buying from a U.S store with normal shipping practices, I'm positive that this merchandise is being shipped from China or some other far away country, I contacted their customer service and they told me I would have a tracking number in no longer than 48 hours and that too has passed and still no tracking number, they're false advertising and lying about their location, I don't trust anything about them now and don't want their business.
