Review: After having my Federal Income Taxes done at this provider, I had additional questions regarding why we did not qualify for Earned Income Credit and if we should have filled out a form in regards to my husbands IRA. Mr. [redacted] was nice at first trying to explain the IRA but when I mentioned that on the IRS website about the age qualifications for EIC he replied that I did not listen to him and then when I tried to state that I did listen he talked loudly and over me and I could not speak at all. Then finally I tried to say that I was a paying customer and that I did listen to him and he started raising his voice and then when he hung up the phone on me. I never have been so upset. This is my taxes that I did not understand and STILL do not understand and apparently since he hung up on me, I will not get the explanation that I need. I would like for someone to contact him on my behalf and tell him that as a paying customer I deserve to be treated in a much more professional manner. I that I deserve to have my questions answered in the same professional manner.Desired Settlement: I feel that since he did not have the courtesy to answer my questions without getting so angry and hanging up on me, that I deserve to have my $59 refunded to me.
