Markforged

BUYER BEWARE. Markforged sells what appear to be several superior filaments for use in 3Dprinting. They will readily sell you any of these materials. When the package arrived it contained not information on the parameters to be used for using the material. When I inquired about this their response was, “Our materials are meant to print on our machines and since it is a proprietary blend we do not share the specifics of what makes it print so well.”

Searching on their website and looking at their data sheets I could find no where that this proprietary was stated. When I asked for a refund I was told that I push not only pay for return shipping (their original package was still unopened) plus a hefty restocking fee.

While I think it is fair for a company to have proprietary restrictions I feel it is VERY unfair to not disclose this fact prior to purchase. Also their customer service is very difficult to make use of.
