getting to us to be posted from the prior servicer. By the time the payoff check was received by us, the regularly scheduled loan payment was pulled via ACH on 1-18-17. We then received the payoff funds on 1/27/and posted them to the account effective as of 1/12/17. This payment resulted in an overpayment of $and a refund was sent to you in the amount of $on 2-1-17.
