Review: I placed an ad with the sales person, [redacted], for ad space on a local menu for $125. Before the menu was submitted or any work was done on my company logo, I requested a refund. Mr. [redacted] initially stated he would refund 50% of the refund (which wasn't to my satisfaction because I was entitled to 100%) but this solution was better than no refund at all. He then called back an hour later and said he changed his mind and would not refund anything at all. I expressed my concerns that it was "bad business" on his part and he stated he didn't care who I called or what I thought. I expect a full refund since the ad was never complete/printed/published.Desired Settlement: I feel that I am entitled to 100% refund of the ad space. He had not received the logo of my company so absolutely no work was done on my logo or space. I informed him of the request to cancel prior to printing. Also, he initially offered 1/2 of the payment of $125 to be refunded but called an hour later and said he changed his mind and wasn't giving me anything.
