Marketecture has been in contact with Mr [redacted] below are the notes from the call with Mr [redacted] and his Account Manager: [redacted] called me and I walked him through everything that had been happening with the company and apologized for the giant communication issues he's been havingHe was grateful for the call and appreciated talking to me and the explanation of what's been happeningHe told me he has decided a few weeks ago to work with another company that specifically does branding and websites for voice over people, and he's going to do that moving forwardI talked to him about us potentially providing marketing services for him at the new company when that is final and he said he would like information about that I asked him if there was anything I could do for his current site in the meantime, and he said he wants a new promo reel added to the audio player, in addition to the social icons coming back up on the siteI told him I would look into those and then call him when they were up so he could have that confirmationHe appreciated thisOverall he is happy and is a very nice guy, and he said his experience with us wasn't a totally horrible experience, but that it was hard because of communication issuesHe is good, doesn't want a refund, and just wants to move onI wished him the best of luck Mr [redacted] also asked for the CEO to call himMarketecture CEO will be calling him to go over his account
