Per the contract that [redacted] had originally signed, if the store closes then we reserve the right to transfer her billboard to the closest storeWe understand that she "refused" but unfortunately that is what ends up having to happen when and if a store closes (which it seldom does.) Also, our contracts are non-cancel-able and non-refundable - this was all clearly stated in the contract that [redacted] had signedWe understand that this was an inconvenience which is why we had refunded half the amount

The worse company to ever advertise withI had nothing but issues with market media group to place their sign rack in a proper location where there is trafficInstead they would ignore the $that I had spent with them for a sign that is suppose to be on there sign rack that is suppose to be out in the open where people walkAfter months of aggravations we agreed to move it to another Kroger location in Canton M, just to go through the same situation for again for several more months lolAt this point I'm demanding for a refund for a second time but only for them to ignore my phone calls and emailNow its been a full year and our agreement is upSo I drove to the Kroger to pick my sign that I paid them $to makeWell of course its gone nowI'm sadly to say that we never got lead from that add and a down the drainI only wish I could post my picture of what it looked like

Besides, non-refundable only applies to something boughtIn my case, nothing was ever bought because an ad was never producedPlease see attached email Regards, [redacted]

I spoke with Matt at great length about our difficulties and I have a voice message from Matt, dated Tuesday, July at 12:pm in which he states that he talked to his boss and said that he wanted to let me know "what we are going to do" in regard to our ongoing issues He never did return my phone calls or email requests attempting to find out what their resolution proposal was We never got resolution from Market Media, just stall tactics Regards, [redacted]

This is a complete misunderstandingYour original billboard had expired and we had contacted you to renew and change your artworkYou sent us over a renewal agreement and got you started with our designerYou had never finished working on your artworkThe rack placement was to be fixed when we got your new billboard installed because your current one is expired (you have been running for free)Once you finish your artwork, our installer will install it along with changing the placement of the rack so it could be more visibleI will have [redacted] contact you again to finish your artwork

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have made at list phone calls to this company after realizing they never did install the advertising material as mentioned in our contract.I shop at that store weekly so I would know if it had been installedIn my last calls to them, I told them because they failed to place the adds in the store we talked aboutI no longer wanted them installed, and requested a refundI had an attorney write them a letterAfter they revived the letter from attorney and you, they went ahead and placed the addsagainst my requestI made it clear to them, no to do so. In the last calls to them, they kept telling me they would refund me right away and that check was in the mail.I just want my money back as they broke their original contractPlease help me get my money back as requested. *** *** Before I signed the agreement with Market Media their rep showed me how my add will be visible to the customers, and hundreds of customers will see my add.If their Rep told me that they don't control the view of my add to *** customers I'd never paid the money for my add to be hidden from anyone to see itWhy would anyone pay one single dollar for nothing, the pictures of the add on their home page show clear visibility of the adds any their Rep assured me that Hundreds of *** customers will see my add, I have pictures and video's of the my add hidden and I complain many times and my add was not on the stand for many months it was on the ground and some times on the wall I also have pictures to support my claim and I sent some to them.I left many messages to the owner during the first few months but he never return my calls and the customer service told me many times I am sorry that he didn't call but leave him another messageNow they bring none since excuses that my add was twices the time I paid for? Even if they put my add for years and it's not as the agreement say and the visibility then I paid for nothing and I didn't get one single call from any customers not because no one interested but because no one can see it.I am willing to provide you with videos and many many pictures I took the length of the first months, they also gave me more months for the time it took them to putmy add back on the stand and I called them back and complain again that no one can see it and once again my add was on the ground and then they glue it to the side and that is not what I paid for, I also took pictures.They violated the agreement and they must pay me back the $for a service they couldn't provideThe original price was $I think that they had promotion for $945.00. The ad was installed at the front entrance on The ad was installed for the entire monthsThe customer had called complaining that the sign was not visibleWe sent our service providers out a number times to help position the ad better, but every time they went they said it was in a
good positionEven the photos *** had sent were still very visible even though she did not think it wasOn 3/17/*** had sent photos saying the ad was hidden, but the photos showed exemplary positioning (please see attached with her notes in the title)Right next to the front doorThe positioning of the ad was in a very great locationWe feel like we tried to explain to her it was in a great location, everyone walks by it as it is the entrance hallway

to a *** poster being placed in front of itThe poster is a very thin stand that *** puts in all of their locationsWe have instructed our operations to move it and they did multiple timesWe talked to the store manager as to keeping it out of the ads way but we cannot control what the workers of *** doPrime National was still visible but *** did not like the placementTo make up for his un-satisfaction, we have given him way more than the contracted time (months) and he is still up (an extra months) that is double what he had paid forUnfortunately we cannot give a refund being as we had produced the ad and printed times as well as given him an extra months of advertisingWe have done everything in our power to help accommodate *** with reprints and extra time but we cannot control what people put in front of his ad. Also, *** did not pay $1200, he paid $for months(Please see attached photo and contract)

*** ***- *** (please see attached install photo) *** bought the ad on and sent us the artwork on The ad was then printed and installed on due to the special sized holders that we had to custom order as their postcards did not fit in our usual trifold &
8/x holdersOn *** was notified that she had been installed and that her month time has startedShe replied back "Thank you"On she had contacted us in regards to changing out her artwork and she had sent it over on During that time that we were waiting on artwork approval (from the store chain) her billboard had gone missing (on 4.21.15) and we replaced it on (please see photo)Our administrative assistant got confused and thought it was the new artwork that was posted, but it was the old artwork replacing the missing billboard*** got upset that it was not her new artwork and started calling us for a refund and did not give us an opportunity to even change out her artwork which was already being printed. To make matters unfortunateThis *** location had changed into a *** in the beginning of MayPer our contract under OTHER TERMS: D, (please see attached contract) if a store closes we reserve the right to switch them into the nearest locationWe have transferred CKO into the Ralphs on Jamboree Rd in Tustin, but since it is a different size billboard we had to change the graphics and will be installing that location shortly as well as giving her an extra month on her contract. We have done everything in our power to make *** happy and we hope she will be satisfied with her new stand at the Ralphs as well as an extra month on her contract. Please also note that our contracts are non-cancelable and all advertisers are aware at the time of signingWe will give them extra time and new reprints to accomodate but we cannot cancel simple due to the costs of producing these ads
