I wanted to report a wonderful experience with this company
I made an order online, and it included packages Two packages were shipped via ***, and *** claimed to have delivered both However, I only received one package After considerable conversation with *** (which left the situation unresolved), the Markerboard People simply sent me another package to replace the part of my order that I did not receive
They did not have to do that: they fulfilled their end of the transaction by shipping packages initially So the company ate the loss and simply sent another package For this I am very grateful for having received both packages, but also because they provided great customer care
Not to mention, their products are top-notch, and I highly recommend them to teachers anywhere (or any other person who may find dry-erase white boards useful)
