Review: [redacted] of Marken Enterprises sent an offer to purchase a piece of vacant land that I owned in [redacted]. They sent me a real estate purchase agreement, which I signed. I sent them all of the paperwork they requested including a Deed of Trust for the property. The agreed upon price for the purchase of the property was $200. Their paperwork indicated that they would send me $200 in cash, as soon as the Deed was recorded. The Deed was recorded in [redacted]. on 1-26-2015. I have contacted them via email and telephone several times and they say they will be sending the check in the next few days. As of today, I have not received payment. After reading other reviews about this company on the internet, this seems to be a common complaint from others.Desired Settlement: I would like the $200 that they agreed to pay for the purchase of the property.
