We are commenting in regards to the complainant's Revdex.com complaint filed against Mark's and indexed as #***The complainant alleges that despite signage indicating a discount, the item he purchased was not discountedUpon review of our records, we can confirm that Mr*** paid the advertised
price of $for SKU ***Our "door crasher" campaign was advertising sale prices only for items that were marked on saleHowever, SKU *** was marked as a special buy of $22, and was never indicated to be part of a discount where it was sold for below $The reason why the cashier initially processed that item at a higher amount is due to how our systems operate, as the item first has to be processed at the regular amount and then the special buy rate applied afterwardsIn other words, while Mr*** did not receive a sale on his item as part of the "door crasher" campaign, he did pay $as advertisedIt is unfortunate that our cashier was unable to communicate our processes more clearly and resolve this misunderstandingWe will continue to train our staff and ensure an incident like this is not repeatedThank you for your understanding

XXXXX Votary did a fantastic job on our windows and vinyl siding this past October Our wall of windows would leak quite often during every hard rain before we hired Mrxxxxxx to replace them We are proud to say that we no longer have leaks especially during the last couple of months of flooding in our areaThe work was done in a timely manner by a person that was very conscientious with a very pleasant disposition He goes above and beyond to please his customersWe will recommend Mrxxxxx to all our friends and family
