Mr*** brought his truck in because the temperature gauge was not workingWe replaced the temperature sensor, and the gauge was reading temperature when he left our shopweek later he claimed that the gauge would not drop completely down to cold when the car had sat over nightWe retested
the vehicle and found that the cluster needed to be replaced, Mr*** did not wish to have the vehicle repaired at that time, said he would call when he had more timeNow a few months later he returned and blamed my shop for being the cause of the repairs neededWe did not cause or damage any part of the Temperature gaugeWe offered to do the labor at no cost,as long as Mr*** pays for the part needed
