This man is a con artist and does not give true descriptions of the items sold Perhaps it is what he doesn't say that is the problem I would like to return the items and get a refund!

I purchased some earrings on July *, By August *, 2015, they were starting to get discolored, by Sep *, they were completely discolored (supposing white gold is not ugly black)They looked by $earrings which are sold on street corners
The salesman, who is always pleasant whenever go you to purchase something ( this is my 2nd purchase from this store), he became very unfriendly and handed me a card for customer service with no phone number, just an email address

Review: I went to that jewellery they in sale cose renovation of the hotel 50 % + an other 50% of the 50 % so the price that the seller told us the price of a bracelet was $750.00 with both 50% taken off, + a ring that was $250.00 both 50% off so a total of $1000.00 So we past on My [redacted] , he gaved us the paper We were in a hurry to take the bus to go back home in [redacted]. The day after in the morning I've taken a look to my bills to see $7500.00 +$2500.00 so a total of $10000.00 not at all the price that we were spoken the day before I have call at the jewelery no person I let a message . A man call me back has taken the number of our bills than no answer So now how is it possible to correct these errorsDesired Settlement: I'd like to have the respect of that publicity that was written in the front window of the boutik or a cancellation of the sell and I'll send back the jewellery ( ring and bracelet)

The rudest and unprofessional liar and cheater. Don't even bother enetring this place.

Review: I have bought a gold autrian brilliant ring for US$ 1.622,24 in this jewelry, believing in the words of the salesman, claiming that the ring was a high quality piece. When I started to do some research on the internet I have found simillar pieces for 40,00 dollars. I have took the ring back to Brazil and asked for an oficial appraisal in a Bank and it was worth in US$ 50,00. I have tried to do a refund with the store directly, but they say that their policy is no refund. So I kindly ask for your help to a refund on this transaction.
