I am rejecting this response because: They are lying about making two attempts to call, only one person (Aiden) call and left one message on my phone to call himI called when I had a chance; I work in a place where I can't have my phone on me at workWhen I called Aiden told me that they would refund me for having to purchase a replacement ball and chain tie downs, but he needed my addressThat is a lie that they needed my address, because I bought the truck through them, they have all the finance paper work and they sent me the temporary registration to my address. It has been over a week and still no refund, I’m ready to take it to the next step, which is civil suit.

I spoke with Adam H[redacted] our Sevice Manager and he stated that he has reach our to Mr [redacted] attempting to make contact.  Their intentions are to refund Mr. [redacted] his money.  However, Mr. [redacted] has not answered or responded to any of the phone messaged left by both Adam and...
