After finally sending out "someone" else to our house. the guy was here for 1 hr. & fixed nothing. Just kept making excuses! R u kidding? The [redacted], [redacted], was a no-show for the 1st aptment after promising me no problem to re-wire the kitchen fixture. Finally, afte several calls wondering what was up , he sent out an "unknown " person to fix the problem. The guy was here for over 1 hr. & fixed nothing but kept "tinkering" pretending to know what he was doing & occasionalyy telling me almost done, & then surprise, "we Can't fix this" He took apart the ceiling fan, put it back together again & nothing was actually fixed! He "fiddled with the kitchen fixture for some time only to then reply, "Yeah, so we have to order this". But, I said, You told me you had it No, we don't he said. Now, he mumbles something incoherent about the economy being bad so he did n't know when he could get the part. This is a nightmare----the 3 things he was to fix are stillo broken & I've wasted yet another day with this co. & their fake promises. Desired SettlementI want to be re-imbursed for my time spent here & there is no way I'm paying for this. They've done nothin.
