Mark One Digital Solutions

On 04/26/2018, I was contacted by Joshua M of Vacation Estate (Mark One Digital Solutions, LLC.) that they had a buyer for my timeshare. I just had to pay for closing costs. He told me that I would receive $17,700 for my timeshare within 6-8 weeks. After I made the payment of $772 for closing costs, I barely heard from them again. When I finally spoke with them, they told me that Mr. M no longer worked for them because he had been giving false information about properties being "sold". I was told they would look into my file and update me. This is after the "closing date" got moved numerous time and I was assured that it was closing in Sept 2018. I have continued to contact them with no luck. I have sent numerous emails and left numerous voicemails.
