I hired *** to cook for 25 people at a family celebration on March 23, 2019.

The dinner itself was prepared in an unsanitary manner: several guests witnessed him repeatedly dipping his fingers into our food and licking them to 'test the flavor? and then he'd return to handling our food without washing his hands - a clear health code violation.

Then over a year later, I discovered that *** commit wire fraud using a stale dated check I had issued in March 2019: He had already been paid in full in March 2019, yet used the stale dated check over a year later in March 2020 to fraudulently withdraw an additional $*** from my bank account, to which he was not entitled. Because this illegal transaction was done via mobile RDC, *** clearly commit Wire Fraud as defined by 18 United States Code (U.S.C.) Section 1343, which is a federal crime. I have all the necessary documentation to prove this.
